The Babworth Estate is the remnant portion of an extensive heritage garden which encircled Babworth House, a grand 1912 Art Nouveau mansion, designed by Morrow and de Putron and built by Sir Samuel Hordern in Darling Point. The Estate is of State Heritage Significance.

CM+ prepared the master plan for the site and adaptive reuse of Babworth House, including the incorporation of ten new houses sited discreetly within the Estate. Design, documentation and interior design was carried out for the adaptation of Babworth House into five luxury residential apartments, while conserving the heritage significance of the original residence.
