The project has been announced as a finalist in this year’s NSW UDIA Awards for Excellence in the Government Leadership category.
This was a collaborative effort with CM+, Cox Richardson and Oculus as the lead design firms on the project. It establishes development guidelines and an urban design framework for eight precincts along Parramatta Road. The strategy provides an integrated approach to land use planning, urban design and transport. Extensive consultation was undertaken with stakeholders and the public throughout the project.
