| Catherine Hill Bay + Gwandalan Review |
CM+ CONTEXT have masterplanned the approved expansion of Catherine Hill Bay and Gwandalan coastal villages. The design included the development of a series of small hamlets, of similar size and character to the Catherine Hill Bay settlement, within a landscape framework of vegetated corridors which link key landscape features and preserve biodiversity. For Gwandalan CM+ proposed a design closely aligned with the ecological character of the site while providing a layout responsive to BASIX requirements. Detailed architectural design for the project is currently in development by CM+. Detailed site analysis and computer modeling ensured the low visual impact of the proposal.
