CM+ was commissioned to develop a masterplan for an international golf course, vineyard, and rural residential community on the historic former Greta Army and Migrant Camp, in the Hunter Valley, NSW. The 421 hectare site is regionally significant and offers residents and visitors the opportunity to experience the quintessential elements of the Hunter Valley's rural character.

The office subsequently delivered a masterplan that not only celebrates the site's important indigenous and non-indigenous heritage, but does so in a truly environmentally sustainable way. With a working vineyard at the core of the site, a diverse range of housing has been nestled in separate clusters with house orientations designed to maximise rural valley and golf fairway vistas. The site also features a 150 room hotel with tourist and conference facilities, a retail precinct, organic farm and several community facilities including a Wellness Centre.
