| Babworth House, Darling Point |
Babworth House is an Arts and Crafts style residence designed by Morrow & Puton and dates from 1912. It is located in substantial harbourside grounds in Darling Point. CM+ have designed the award winning adaptive reuse of Babworth House into 5 grand apartments, along with the masterplan, the integrated Development Application for the entire Babworth Estate site and the design of six new houses in the lower grounds.
The extensive garden setting has been restored with all parking located underground and the original grottoes and faux rock work walls.
The conservation and adaptive reuse of Babworth House won Woollahra Council's Conservation Award 2004 and a commendation in The National Trust Awards 2004.
