The masterplan provides principles and policies for the NPWS and community to improve the sustainability of the parklands which will support the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park for 30 years. The advanced sustainability initiatives included public and staff education, economic performance systems, energy management, material use, waste control, embodied energy use and innovative construction management techniques.
