CM+ prepared an overall masterplan, detailed design and construction documentation for a staged implementation of a streetscape upgrade of Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach. The sweeping crescent of sand is reflected in the new esplanade, where the grid of tightly packed urban streets meets the 'amphitheatre' of the beach. The new streetscape included new paving, lighting, seating, median planting of Washington Palm trees, and new Norfolk Island Pine Trees in Bondi Park to enhance the existing landscape surrounding the world's most famous beach.
