| Dee Why Town Centre Public Domain Improvement Plan |
CM+ prepared the Public Domain Improvement Plan for the Dee Why Town Centre, on Sydney's northern beaches. The Plan includes reshaping Dee Why Town Centre as a future 'Major Regional Centre' in accordance with the requirements of the Sydney Metropolitan Strategy. The town centre will be a vibrant, urban, mixed-use centre in a beach orientated location. Increased residential and commercial density provides opportunities for improvements to the public domain, improved sustainability of the town centre, a new town square, library, public park, integrated bus stop facilities, upgraded footpaths and pedestrian links.
