CM+ was commissioned in association with Ng & Baker to design this prestige residential development. The contentious site surrounded by substantial established detached homes, offered the opportunity to develop a new North Shore apartment architecture appropriate to the setting. The complex is also designed to fit closely within building envelopes established by DIPNR's Development Controls and Design Guidelines and comprises four separate buildings grouped around a central park. The concept was based upon each building containing between 10 and 22 apartments and standing as a separate 'mansion' with its own Avon Road address.
