| Badgerys Creek Airport |
CM+ prepared the masterplan for an 'Airport City' to be based at Badgerys Creek. The office established urban design principles to guide the development of the airport and adjacent areas, incorporating industrial and commercial estates and an urban terminals precinct. Our scope of work included coordination of a large multi-disciplinary consultant team, preparation of an urban structure strategy embracing landscape design concepts and a land use masterplan.
