The precinct will accommodate a population of 16,000 people with housing types ranging from villas and townhouses to 34 storey apartment buildings. With a sustainable approach to development, the project will offer new lifestyle choices in a natural water front setting.

CM+ were announced today as winners of an international design competition to prepare the masterplan for Waterpoint, a 650 hectare waterfront city located on a major bend of the Vam Co Dong River, close to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Waterpoint will be a regional destination at a pivotal location between Ho Chi Minh City and southern Vietnam, providing innovative venues for business, a wide range of residential choices and leisure and cultural facilities. The site’s unique setting with waterfrontage on three sides provides unique opportunities for a water based development in which to live, work and play.
